The XT-01 stainless steel outdoor kitchen pod creates a dedicated space for cooking, preparation and storage in a garden, patio or other outdoor setting. Its modular cabinet design combines a stainless steel carcase, doors and countertop with an enclosed pod structure and a manual hydraulic flip-up lid. When raised, the lid acts as a shelter from sun and rain while providing an open cooking area.

Designed in a modern square format, this outdoor kitchen pod suits larger domestic entertaining areas as well as outdoor installations for hotels, villas and commercial spaces. The modular arrangement is intended to simplify on-site assembly compared with a complex built-in construction project.

Choose the right configuration

This is a configurable outdoor kitchen system rather than a single fixed-size cabinet. The illustrated configurations show widths of 2900mm, 3200mm and 3500mm, each with an overall height of 2200mm. Compare these measurements with the available space, access route and installation area before choosing a design.

The shelter can be configured with either a lift-up or roll-up opening style. A roller shutter uses space-saving stainless steel slats and is described with anti-theft security features. Hardware can be specified as normal DTC, or customised with Blum, Hettich or Higold hardware.

Available style selections include Style1 Customized through Style24 Customized, as listed in the option selector. Bespoke sizes, tailored layouts and laser-etched logos are also available for customised projects. The number of drawers can be customised.

Planning the cooking area

Listed accessories include a drawer basket, drawer slide, faucet, hinge, backsplash and waste container. The configuration can also be planned around outdoor cooking and preparation equipment. In commercial settings, a one-touch locking system is specified for securing equipment after business hours.

Assembly and care

Installation is by assembly. Plan a suitable level installation area and allow enough clearance for the chosen lift-up, hydraulic or roller-shutter opening arrangement. The product is designed for straightforward modular setup, but the final layout and any connected accessories should be confirmed for the intended project.

The stainless steel and lacquered surfaces are described as easy to clean. Wipe cooking residue and moisture from the surfaces after use, using a suitable non-abrasive cleaning method for the selected finish. Keep the moving lid, hinges, drawer slides and shutter mechanism clear of accumulated dirt, and follow the installation and care guidance supplied for the chosen configuration.
