Terms of service

These terms apply when you use bbqdeals.co.uk or buy from bbqdeals. They should be read with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

About us and contact

bbqdeals is an online retailer of barbecues, outdoor-cooking equipment and accessories. Questions about an order or these terms can be sent to bbqdeals.co.uk@gmail.com.

Products and information

We aim to describe products, options, dimensions, compatibility, prices and availability accurately. Images are illustrative and colour can vary by screen. Check the selected variant and specifications before ordering. Product information may be corrected where a supplier or listing error is identified.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where an item is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or description error, payment is not authorised or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded. Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and return rights are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Safe and lawful use

Barbecues, fuel, firelighters, sharp tools and electrical products must be assembled, stored and used only in accordance with the manufacturer instructions, safety warnings and applicable law. Barbecues and fuel-burning appliances must not be used indoors or in enclosed spaces unless the manufacturer specifically states that use is safe. Keep fire, fuel and sharp tools away from children and pets.

Accounts and website use

You are responsible for information provided through your account and for keeping login details secure. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape restricted content or use the site unlawfully.

Intellectual property

The bbqdeals name, branding and original site content belong to us or our licensors. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. You may use the site for personal shopping but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the store, law or our services. The terms in force when your order is accepted apply to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you.
