Shipping and delivery

bbqdeals currently serves customers in the United Kingdom. The delivery options, charges and estimated delivery window available for your postcode are shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery estimates

Most in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days. Many orders arrive within 3–5 working days after dispatch, but the estimate shown at checkout and in your order confirmation is the estimate that applies to your order. Larger items, remote postcodes, supplier availability and carrier disruption can take longer. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we explicitly agree a guaranteed service.

Delivery charges

Free standard UK delivery is available on eligible orders over £50. Any delivery charge, remote-area surcharge or expedited option is displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking and split deliveries

Where tracking is available, we will send the details after dispatch. Items may be sent in separate parcels when they come from different fulfilment locations; you will not be charged additional delivery fees because an order is split.

Address changes

Check your address carefully at checkout. Contact bbqdeals.co.uk@gmail.com as soon as possible if it needs changing. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch.

Delays, damage and missing parcels

Inspect parcels on arrival. If an item is damaged, incorrect or appears lost, contact bbqdeals.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate remedy.
