Construction and practical details

The mesh is made from metal, with 304 stainless steel identified for the barbecue net versions. The framed design has a raised edge, and the pictured rack construction includes supporting feet approximately 2cm high. Tray net options are available in 20x20cm, 25x25cm, 30x30cm, 35x35cm, 40x40cm and 45x45cm. Plate options labelled “add mesh” are available in 27x20, 32x22, 36x27, 40x30, 45x35 and 50x35.

For the pictured tray-and-rack formats, the image measurements show the following pairings: a 20x20cm plate with a 15x15cm rack, a 25x25cm plate with a 20x20cm rack, a 30x30cm plate with a 25x25cm rack, a 35x35cm plate with a 30x30cm rack, a 40x40cm plate with a 35x35cm rack, and a 45x45cm plate with a 40x40cm rack.
