How is the rack constructed?

This is a rectangular mesh accessory made from 304 stainless steel. The inner wire diameter is 1.5mm, the outside wire diameter is 4mm and the mesh hole size is 8 x 8mm. The rack has a stated thickness of 10mm and raised feet with a height of 20mm.

The feet lift the mesh surface away from the supporting surface, making the rack suitable for raised draining or storage applications where the available clearance allows.

How should it be cleaned?
