Secure meat to a round rotisserie spit with these uncoated stainless steel replacement forks. The four-prong fork design is made for holding poultry, rolled joints and other roasting cuts in position as the spit turns, helping you prepare rotisserie food on a suitable barbecue or grill.

Made from 304 stainless steel, the forks have a smooth, uncoated finish and a central mounting section that slides onto the spit rod before being tightened in place. The pointed prongs penetrate the food from the side, while the opposing fork can help hold the joint or bird securely for rotisserie cooking.

Choose the correct fork size for your spit

These are replacement rotisserie forks for round spit rods, but the available designs use different mounting diameters and prong dimensions. Check your existing spit rod and rotisserie assembly carefully before ordering. The fork must match the rod opening and leave enough room for the food and the barbecue enclosure.

• One design has a 14mm mounting opening, 4mm prongs, prongs measuring 100mm and a side dimension of 75mm.
• Another design has an 11mm mounting opening, 4mm prongs, prongs measuring 97mm and a side dimension of 72mm.
• A further design has a 13mm mounting opening, 4.8mm prongs, prongs measuring 100mm and a side dimension of 80mm.

Useful for rotisserie cooking

Use the forks to position whole chickens, poultry and rolled or jointed meat on a rotating spit. The four-prong arrangement gives several contact points around the food, while the tightening screw allows the fork to be secured to the rod. The images also show the forks being used with different barbecue and grill arrangements, including round charcoal-style cookers and larger gas grills. The cooking appliance and spit rod are not included.

Care and storage
