Inject flavour into meat before barbecuing
This 30ml BBQ meat injector syringe kit is designed for adding marinades, seasoning and other suitable liquid flavours inside meat before cooking. It gives you a practical way to distribute flavour beyond the surface, whether you are preparing poultry, roasting joints or getting meat ready for the barbecue.
The clear barrel is marked in both millilitres and fluid ounces, making it easier to measure the amount of liquid being drawn up. The visible scale runs from 5ml to 30ml, with ounce markings up to 1oz. The red plunger handle and crossbar provide a substantial shape to hold while filling and injecting.
Three needle attachments for different preparations
The kit includes three interchangeable needle attachments. Each one has a different visible opening arrangement, giving you options when working with marinades and seasoning mixtures of different textures. The threaded needle fittings attach to the syringe body, allowing the attachment to be changed between preparations.
Choose the attachment that suits the liquid you are using and make sure the mixture is sufficiently free-flowing for the needle opening before filling the syringe. This is particularly useful when preparing meat that needs seasoning beneath the surface rather than relying only on an external coating.
Useful barbecue preparation accessories
Alongside the injector and three needles, the set includes a red-bristled basting brush for applying marinade or glaze over the outside of food. A narrow cleaning brush is also included to help clean the small openings and internal parts of the needle attachments after use. Protective caps are shown for the needle tips when they are not fitted to the injector.
Using the injector for internal seasoning and the basting brush for surface coverage gives you two straightforward preparation methods in one compact tool set. The clear body also lets you see the liquid level while filling and using the syringe.
Materials and handling
The set combines 430 stainless steel, PP and PS components. The stainless steel is used for the needle attachments, while the syringe and accessories include plastic components. Take care when handling the pointed needle ends, and keep the attachments stored safely when not in use.
After preparing food, dismantle the injector and clean the barrel, fittings, needles and brushes thoroughly. Use the supplied narrow brush where liquid may remain around the needle openings, then allow the parts to dry before storage. Always compare the liquid consistency with the needle opening before attempting to inject it.
