Replacement ignition assembly for Weber Spirit barbecues

This 7643 ignition replacement kit is intended for Weber Spirit 220 and Spirit 320 barbecue models. It brings together the ignition control unit, rotary control, push-button igniter, connecting wires and coloured terminals in one replacement assembly.

Construction and connections

The main control housing is black and has a ribbed rotary control, mounting points and clearly differentiated coloured connection ports. The wiring is arranged with black and white leads, together with blue, green, yellow and black terminal connectors. The pictured assembly also includes a separate push-button igniter with a black body and chrome-effect surround.

Several additional leads and fixing pieces are visible, including ring terminals, connector ends, a metal mounting bracket and small fastening hardware. These components are designed to connect with the corresponding ignition wiring and fittings on the barbecue.

Compatibility is stated for Weber Spirit 220 and Spirit 320 igniters.
