Adjustable replacement heat plates for BBQ grills

Replace worn or damaged heat plates with these adjustable BBQ heat shields, also known as heat tents or flame tamers. Designed for cooking, baking and barbecue use, each shield has an adjustable length to help you select a more suitable fit for your grill setup.

The plates are approximately 3.75 inches wide and adjust from 30cm to 56cm in length. This makes them useful when a fixed-size replacement does not match the dimensions of the original part. They are supplied in black, as shown in the product images.

Who they suit

These replacement shields are intended for shoppers refreshing the heat-plate arrangement inside a BBQ gas grill. They may suit a range of grill layouts, but they are not a universal-fit part. The correct option depends on the length, width, support points and layout of your existing plates.

How to choose the correct option

Measure the heat plate you are replacing before ordering. Compare its width and required length with the supplied measurements, then check how it rests or attaches inside your BBQ. Pay particular attention to the available length range of 30cm to 56cm and the approximate 3.75-inch width.

The adjustable design allows the length to be altered within that range, but it does not confirm compatibility with every BBQ brand or model. If your grill uses specific mounting points or an unusual internal layout, compare those details with the replacement shown before selecting a pack.

Choose your pack quantity

Select the quantity that matches the number of heat plates required for your grill. Two pack options are available:

• 2 pair (4 pieces) for replacing four plates.
• 4 pair (8 pieces) for replacing eight plates.

The available quantity is selected as the product option. Check the chosen option carefully if you are replacing only part of the heat-plate set or refreshing the complete arrangement.

Practical replacement guidance

Remove the old heat plates and compare the replacement dimensions before fitting. Adjust each plate to the required length within the stated range, then position it according to the layout of your BBQ. Allow the grill and its existing components to cool fully before handling or replacing parts.

As with any replacement barbecue component, check that the plates sit securely and do not interfere with the burners, cooking grates or other internal parts before use. The product is manufactured in Mainland China.
