Choose the correct motor option

Several power and load options are available. Select the option that matches the intended rotisserie load and the electrical connection required for your setup:

• 15W, 30 to 50KG
• 28W, 80 to 100KG
• 40W, 140 to 160KG

The available electrical size options are220V EU Plug and110V US Plug Check the selected voltage and plug type carefully before ordering, and compare the motor's rated load with the food, spit and supporting components used in your rotisserie. For outdoor rotisserie cooking

Use the on/off switch shown on the motor housing to control operation once the unit has been correctly positioned and connected. Keep the motor, cable and plug away from direct contact with flames, hot surfaces and water. Electrical installation and use should be carried out with the voltage and plug specification matched to the supply and with the motor securely supported by the rotisserie arrangement.

Cleaning and storage

The motor has an easy-clean feature. Allow the unit to cool and disconnect it from the electrical supply before cleaning. Wipe the metal housing and remove cooking residue without immersing the motor, cable or plug in water. Store it clean and dry when not in use, protecting the electrical connection and drive end from knocks or contamination.
