Stainless steel rotary fork

This helps accommodate different food sizes within the limits of the 34cm fork arrangement and the 2kg load rating.

Battery-powered motor

The oven motor measures 130 x 53mm and runs from one D 1.5V battery. The battery is not included, so it will need to be purchased separately before use. The motor has an on/off switch and is intended to rotate the attached roasting equipment at a stated output speed of 2 to 2.5 revolutions per minute.

Its electrical specifications are a maximum rated current of 0.20A, no-load current of 180mA or less and no-load power of up to 4W. The stated no-load speed is up to 10,000 ± 10% RPM, while the output speed is 2 to 2.5 RPM. The stated noise level is up to 62dBA.

What to check before choosing

This is a two-part kit comprising the rotary fork and oven motor. Confirm that your roasting branch accepts the specified 6 x 6mm motor connection, that the 5 x 5mm roast axis suits your arrangement and that the food load does not exceed 2kg. The motor requires one D-size 1.5V battery, which is not included.
