This grill burner tube is designed for selected Weber Q barbecue models and is available in two model-specific options. It provides a shaped burner assembly for cooking, baking and barbecue use, with a silver metal construction and a heat-resistant feature. Choose the option that matches your barbecue model and check the dimensions before ordering.

Choose the correct Weber Q option

The two options are not the same size, so model and measurement checks are important. The Weber60040 option is shown for Weber Q100, Q120, Q1000 and Q1200 models. The Weber60041 option is shown for Weber Q200, Q220, Q2000 and Q2200 models.

• Weber60040: product size 43.2 x 14.6 cm, equivalent to 16.85 x 5.69 inches. Includes one 60040 burner and one screw.
• Weber60041: size 52 x 19 cm, equivalent to 20.47 x 7.48 inches. Includes one 60041 grill burner and one screw.

Before fitting, compare the selected option with the original burner and the available space inside your barbecue. Check the overall length and width, the burner shape, the fixing point and the connection arrangement against your existing setup. The model references and measurements are supplied to help you select the more suitable version, rather than assuming one option fits every Weber Q barbecue.

304 stainless steel burner tube

The burner is presented in silver 304 stainless steel. Its formed tube follows a rectangular loop shape, with rows of burner openings around the assembly and a connection section extending from one end. A fixing tab is positioned on the burner body, and the supplied screw is intended for the fitting arrangement shown.

The metal construction and heat-resistant feature suit the high-temperature environment of barbecue cooking. Use it for cooking, baking or barbecue preparation in a compatible Weber Q model. As with any replacement barbecue component, allow the appliance and burner to cool fully before removing or fitting parts, and follow the barbecue manufacturer's fitting and operating guidance.

Practical fitting and care checks

Remove the old component and compare it with the new burner before installation. Pay particular attention to the burner length, the 14.6 cm or 19 cm width, the position of the fixing tab and the end connection. Keep the burner openings clear and inspect the component during routine barbecue maintenance. Do not fit it to a model that does not match the listed references or dimensions.
