Stainless steel dough scraper for baking and cooking

This intop stainless steel dough scraper is a broad, flat spatula for cutting and handling dough, lifting food and turning cooked ingredients. Its applications include BBQ, kitchen cooking, grilling and teppanyaki, making it useful for both baking preparation and hotplate or barbecue cooking.

The scraper is made from stainless steel with a heat treatment finish. The smooth polished surface is easy to clean and offers corrosion resistance. The lightweight construction is intended to make the tool easier to use, while the hollow handle helps keep the overall weight down.

Choose the working width for your cooking

Five size options are available, and each option contains two pieces. Choose the narrower scraper when you want a more compact tool for smaller portions or detailed work, or select a wider option when you need more surface area for lifting and moving dough or cooked food.

The available options are 50mm, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm and 150mm, with two scrapers supplied in the selected size option. The illustrated measurements show an overall length of 23.2cm across the range. The corresponding illustrated working widths are 5cm, 7.5cm, 10cm, 12.5cm and 15cm.

Useful for dough, pancakes and grilled food

The different widths make it easier to match the tool to the task. A smaller scraper gives you more control when working with individual portions, while a wider blade can support larger pieces of dough or food. Compare the listed width with your preferred working area before choosing an option.

Lightweight handle with hanging hole

The handle has a matte finish for grip and includes a hanging hole at the end for storage. Its hollow construction contributes to the lighter design, with illustrated weights ranging from 83g for the 50mm option to 106g for the 150mm option. The intermediate illustrated weights are 90g for 75mm, 98g for 100mm and 103g for 125mm.

Clean the smooth stainless steel surface after use and allow it to dry before storage. The product is branded intop and manufactured in Mainland China.
