How to use the kebab press

Open the hinged mould and line the groove with cling film if you want to make releasing the shaped kebab easier. Place the prepared ingredients into the mould, position the skewer through the channel and close the upper section. Press down using the handle so the mixture takes the form of the mould, then open it and remove the shaped kebab ready for cooking.
