How to use the kebab mould

1. Line the base with a piece of freezer bag or similar lining.
2. Place the prepared minced meat or other chosen mixture into the lower section.
3. Close the lid and press down gently to shape the kebab.
4. Remove the formed kebab and place it onto a suitable skewer before cooking.
