Inject marinades into meat before cooking
This meat injector syringe is designed for preparing meat and chicken with marinades, sauces and other suitable liquid flavourings before cooking on the barbecue grill or in the kitchen. Draw the marinade into the clear syringe, select one of the supplied stainless steel injector needles and work the liquid into the centre of the meat rather than leaving all the flavour on the surface.
The barrel is marked with measurement scales in millilitres and ounces, with markings up to 30 ml and 1 oz. This makes it easier to portion your marinade and repeat a recipe consistently across steaks, roasting joints, chicken and other suitable cuts.
Three needle styles for different marinades
The set includes three stainless steel needles. The different needle designs shown are suited to varying textures, from smoother sauces and marinades to mixtures containing finer ingredients. Choose the needle that best matches the consistency of your marinade, then screw it securely onto the injector before filling and use.
Protective needle covers are shown for storage, helping keep the detachable needle ends covered between uses. A small cleaning brush is also included for working through the needle and removing residue after preparation.
Designed for controlled preparation
The red plastic handle has a broad clutch-style shape designed to give the syringe a firm handhold while the plunger is pressed. The clear barrel lets you see the contents and monitor the amount as you fill and inject. The injector measures approximately 8 inches overall, with an approximately 2.2-inch needle section and an approximately 2.3-inch handle section, as shown in the product measurements.
The barrel and handle are made from PP plastic, while the injector needles are stainless steel. The injector has a removable needle connection with an O-ring shown at the threaded fitting. The detachable construction allows the parts to be separated for cleaning, with the supplied brush helping to clean inside the narrow needle sections.
For barbecue preparation and roasting
Use the injector when you want to add marinade beneath the surface of meat before grilling, barbecuing or roasting. It is suitable for meat and chicken, making it useful for everyday barbecue preparation as well as larger roasting projects. Work gradually and distribute the marinade across the cut rather than concentrating it in one place.
Check the consistency of your chosen marinade before filling. Strain out pieces that are too large for the selected needle, and clean the detachable parts promptly after use. Allow the components to dry before fitting the protective covers and storing the set.
