Choose the style to suit your cooking space

Two options are available. Style A has a deeper, basket-like form with perforated sides as well as a perforated base. Style B has a broad, shallower tray shape with a perforated base and side handles. Compare the dimensions below with the usable space on your barbecue before choosing.

Perforated iron construction

The pan is made from iron and finished in black. Its pattern of drainage holes forms the cooking surface, helping keep food raised above the main grill while allowing heat and cooking juices to pass through the openings. The enclosed edges are useful when cooking ingredients that might otherwise fall through a conventional grill grate.

Use the pan for barbecue preparation and serving-style presentation of cooked food, including roasted vegetables, chicken wings, lamb, beef and other suitable ingredients.
