Keep diced meat, vegetables and other smaller barbecue ingredients together with this rolling grill basket. Its cylindrical design sits across the cooking grates and can be turned using the handle, helping you cook food inside the basket without having to manage individual pieces on the barbecue.

304 stainless steel basket construction

The basket is made from 304 stainless steel and has a fine wire-mesh design with solid end plates. The uncoated finish leaves the metal surface exposed, while the long handle gives you space to turn the basket during cooking. The product carries FCM certification and is labelled food-grade 304 stainless steel.

Its rolling format is useful for foods that may be awkward to turn with tongs or that could fall through wider barbecue grates. Fill the basket with prepared ingredients, place it across the grill and rotate it by the handle as required for more controlled cooking.

Choose the size for your barbecue and ingredients

Two basket sizes are available. Compare the measurements with the usable width of your barbecue and consider the quantity of food you normally prepare:

• Large basket: 25cm basket length, 10cm diameter and 45cm overall length including the handle. Capacity: 1.9L.
• Small basket: 22.5cm basket length, 9cm diameter and 42cm overall length including the handle. Capacity: 1.5L.
• Combo set: includes the large and small basket options together, as shown in the available selection.

The handle on each basket is 15cm long. Check these dimensions against your grill surface before choosing, particularly if your barbecue has a narrow cooking area or raised bars.

Cleaning and use

The stainless steel basket is labelled dishwasher-safe, making it suitable for straightforward cleaning after outdoor cooking. Allow the basket to cool fully before handling or cleaning it. Remove food residue after use and dry it before storage.
