This stainless steel chicken rack is made for arranging wings, legs and drumsticks in a raised vertical position while they cook. The shaped upper rails provide multiple hanging positions, helping keep individual pieces separated rather than laying them directly across a cooking surface. It is a practical option for preparing a batch of chicken on the barbecue, in a smoker or in an oven.

Two options are available:Shelf andShelf Tray The Shelf Tray version is depicted with a rectangular stainless steel tray beneath the hanging rack. The tray arrangement provides a lower surface beneath the chicken and can be used when you want the rack and tray presented together as one cooking setup. Check the selected option carefully before ordering, as the available configurations are listed separately.

Check the dimensions before cooking

The rack is shown at approximately 34.8cm in length, 11.3cm in width and 14.2cm in height. A further assembled measurement is shown as 38.5cm long, 16.5cm wide and 15cm high. The rack itself is also depicted with a 34cm length measurement and 15cm overall height in an alternative dimension view. Because grill, smoker and oven interiors vary, compare these measurements with the available cooking area and any surrounding supports before use.
