Choose the blade profile that suits your cooking

The wider profile is shown with an overall length of 25.5cm. Its blade measures approximately 12cm across and 10cm from the front edge towards the handle. The handle is shown at approximately 12.3cm long and 3.2cm wide, with a 3.7cm section connecting it to the blade.

The second profile is shown with a blade measuring approximately 12.5cm from the handle towards the front edge and 9.8cm across its straight front edge. Its handle is approximately 12cm long and 3.2cm wide. Useful for barbecue and griddle cooking
