Cleaning and handling

Allow the grate to cool fully before handling or cleaning it. Remove food residue after use and keep the mesh clear before storing. As the wire spacing and construction are fixed, choose a suitable brush or cleaning method that can work across the individual wires without forcing the grate into an unsuitable support.
