Sturdy stainless steel construction

The box is made from stainless steel and has a solid base with no holes underneath. The enclosed base helps keep the wood chips contained while the holes in the lid and sides allow smoke to move out around the food. The lid is attached at the side and opens for loading the box with wood chips.
