What can you cook in the rolling grill basket?

The fine mesh cylinder is suited to smaller foods that may be awkward to place directly on a cooking grate. Use it for chopped vegetables, seafood, meat cubes and mixed barbecue ingredients. The enclosed design helps keep the contents together while the basket is turned during cooking.

Because the basket rolls, you can rotate the contents rather than moving individual pieces one by one. This makes it a practical tool for mixed grilling and for foods that benefit from being turned regularly across the cooking surface.

Which size should you choose?

There are two size options, both with a 9cm diameter. Compare the basket dimensions with the available space on your barbecue before choosing.

• Small: 20cm basket body length, 34.8cm overall length including the handle, with a 14.8cm handle.
• Large: 30cm basket body length, 44.8cm overall length including the handle, with a 14.8cm handle.

What is included with each pack option?

Choose the pack quantity that matches the accessories you want for your barbecue preparation. The available options are L-4 Pack Set, L-6 Pack Set, L-8 Pack Set, S-4 Pack Set, S-6 Pack Set and S-8 Pack Set.

• L-4 Pack Set and S-4 Pack Set: two hooks.
• L-6 Pack Set and S-6 Pack Set: two hooks and two forks.
• L-8 Pack Set and S-8 Pack Set: two hooks, two forks and two silicone brushes.

The L options use the large basket size and the S options use the small basket size. Check the selected option carefully before adding it to your basket.

How is the basket made?

The basket is made from stainless steel, with an uncoated finish. Its mesh construction allows the food to remain contained while being exposed to the barbecue heat. The wooden handle is detachable from the stainless steel end fitting, so it can be removed when the basket is being cleaned or stored.

The product is listed with FCM certification. It is supplied under the Uwhise brand and is manufactured in Mainland China.

How should it be used and cleaned?

Place suitable chopped ingredients inside the basket, secure the ends, attach the handle and position the basket on the barbecue cooking grate. Turn the cylinder during cooking to rotate the contents. Always handle the basket carefully during and after cooking, as the metal parts can become hot.

Allow the basket to cool before cleaning. Remove the detachable wooden handle where appropriate, then clean the stainless steel mesh and metal sections thoroughly. Dry the components before storing them, particularly around the mesh and fittings.
