Make better use of vertical cooking space

This vertical air fryer skewer rack provides an upright way to prepare skewered ingredients and other suitable foods inside a compatible air fryer. Rather than laying every item flat, the rack holds food vertically so you can arrange meat and vegetables on individual skewers for roasting. It is suited to ingredients such as chicken legs, beef, lamb, seafood and vegetables.

The rack is also shown being used with sausages and mixed kebab-style ingredients, making it useful for varied cooking sessions. Thread pieces of meat and vegetables onto the skewers, position them in the rack and use the cooking settings appropriate for your air fryer and ingredients. Cooking times and temperatures are not provided with this product, so follow your appliance instructions and use suitable food-handling practices.

Choose the size for your appliance

Two options are available: 6QT and 8QT. The 6QT rack is approximately 7.7 inches wide and 5.4 inches high. The 8QT rack is approximately 8.7 inches wide and 6.2 inches high. Compare these measurements with the usable space inside your air fryer before choosing an option, allowing room for the rack to sit correctly and for the appliance to operate as intended.

The 6QT version is shown with an Instant Pot 6 qt appliance. The 8QT version is shown with Instant Pot 8 qt and Ninja Foodi 8 qt appliances. These size references help with selection, but appliance interiors can vary, so check the measurements of your own model rather than relying on capacity alone.

Metal construction for repeated kitchen use

Made from metal and presented as stainless steel, the rack has a 5mm thickness. Its upright frame and raised skewer arrangement are intended for vertical grilling and roasting, while the individual skewer positions help keep different ingredients arranged around the rack. The open construction also leaves the food exposed to the circulating air within the appliance.

Simple to use and clean

The design is intended to be convenient and easy to operate. Load the skewers with prepared ingredients, place the rack in the correctly sized air fryer and remove it carefully once cooking is complete. Allow the accessory to cool before cleaning. It is described as easy to clean, making it practical for preparing meat, seafood and vegetables across different meals.
